The Minister of Health, Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng is set to speak to the nation on Thursday to provide an update on the progress the nation has made in the fight against the deadly bug that is coronavirus.

The Minister is expected to offer an update of the current state of the 44 patients and new developments by the ministry,

She will also discuss the patient that escaped from quarantine in Gulu, among other issues.

The country is currently under lockdown with many businesses and activities restricted for at least 14 days.

The ministry has received donations from a number of companies to help in the fight against coronavirus.
