Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) strong man Dr. Kizza Besigye has confirmed that he won’t be participating the Presidential race come 2021.

Dr. Besigye revealed this while addressing members at the party headquarters in Najjanankumbi on Wednesday afternoon.

He said that it was agreed with the party leadership to find someone else who will work as ‘plan A’ as he works on ‘plan B’

Earlier, Besigye’s address was interrupted by FDC youths who confiscated his podium urging him to pick nomination forms so that he can join the race.

This website understands that Party President Patrick Amuriat and Secretary General Ambassador Wasswa Birigwa have already picked up nomination forms.

The process of picking nomination forms ends today.
