– Police Vs Ndejje University
– Express Vs Paidha BA
– Calvary Vs Kitara

– Onduparaka Vs BUL/SC Villa
– Bright Stars Vs Kiyinda Boys

Vipers have landed Wakiso Giants in the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 16 after the draw was conducted on Tuesday at FUFA house in Mengo.

The tie, is a repeat of last season’s Quarterfinals at Wakissha where the Venoms emerged 3-1 winners.

Bobosi Byaruhanga and a double from Yunus Sentamu sent the Purple Sharks packing despite a consolation from Sam Ssenyonjo’s consolation.

The match comes just after Vipers and Wakiso Giants shared spoils at Kitende in the league and the Uganda Cup tie promises to be another interesting affair.

There is still a pending round of 32 fixture between BUL and SC Villa whose winner will visit Onduparaka at the Round of 16.

BUL initially knocked out Villa courtesy of Ronald Otti’s goal but the FUFA judiciary bodies ordered for a replay after Villa’s petition followed a ‘wrongly’ disallowed goal.

Paidha Blacks Angels who were knocked out by Kisugu United were reinstated after the latter were found guilty of using ineligible players.

And Paidha BA have been rewarded with a trip to face joint-record winners Express.

The other joint-record winner, KCCA FC, have landed a home tie against Big League side Mbarara City FC.

Police and Ndejje will face off at Kavumba while Calvary Vs Kitara is the other all-Big League affair.

The two regional league sides remaining in the competition Kiyinda Boys and Bunyaruguru have been given away ties against Bright Stars and Adjumani in that order.

FUFA competition director Hajjat Aisha Nalule said that the ties will be played between March 11 to 17th.
