Oliver Nakakande Crowned Miss Uganda 2019

Oliver Nakakande was on Friday evening (July 26th, 2019) crowned Miss Uganda 2019 at the pageant’s Grand Finale held at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.

Nakakande, 24, a student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management, beat 21 other finalists to take the crown

She was crowned by Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce and Miss world Africa Abenakyo Quiin.

Petronella Acen and Mariam Nyamatte were the 1st and 2nd runners up respectively.

Nakakande takes over from Quiin Abenakyo, who was Miss Uganda 2018 and Miss World Africa.
