Ugandan singing youngsters, Esther and Ezekiel Mutesasira emerged victorious in the talent competition, East Africa’s Got Talent (EAGT) 2019 on Sunday.
They walked home with a US$50,000 (about Shs 184 million) grand prize.
The finale took place at Catholic University auditorium in Nairobi, Kenya.
The finale had six final contestants, with three of them from Uganda; Dance Alliance Network (DNA), Jehovah Shalom Acappella, Jannell Tamara, Spellcast and cultural troupe, Intay.
Ezekiel says they will use their money to build an orphanage.
