Kratos Schools Cup goes live this Friday (December 6th, 2019) at Legends and Kratos Sports Africa have worked hand in hand with various sponsors to ensure success.
There is a long lineup of sponsors for the event, with the awards just as many.
Coca Cola, who were named sponsors for the Super 8 some years ago, make their return to schools rugby as the day’s ultimate refreshments provider, set to cater to all teams involved in the competition.
The ultimate winner of the Kratos Schools Cup will walk away with UGX 1 Million, while the first runners-up will receive UGX 500,000 courtesy of money transfer machines, MonkeyPesa. Sports Management firm, Phenoms Sports, will award the most valuable persons.
Britam Insurance, are back in cooperation with Kratos Sports Africa after a successful Super 8 tournament and will cater to the games adjudicators, while Contract Kapital will award the team of the tournament. There’ll be a panel selecting the top performers, those to be rewarded by Contract Kapital.
UMC Victoria Hospital, who ensured player health during the Super 8 have set out to provide medical cover for the whole day for all participants.
Next Media under their TV division Sanyuka TV and radio department NXT Radio are the official media partners of the day.
Games are expected to kick off at 9am in the morning and be summarized by 5:30pm to give the students ample time to relate with each other and also get back home in time, for security purposes.
