Court Sets Date for Age Limit Petition Ruling

Constitutional Court sitting in Mbale has finally set the date when it will deliver the ruling on the Age Limit Petition.

The notice is addressed to addressed to Male Hassan Mabirizi, Lukwago and company advocates, Rwakafuz, Abeine-Burygyeya and company advocate, Uganda Law society and Attorney General.

“If no appearance is made on your behalf by yourself or someone authorized to act for you, the judgement will be delivered in your absence,” it reads in part.
