On Wednesday, High Court Judge Lydia Mugambe pushed Stella Nyanzi’s case ruling regarding Makerere University’s refusal to pay her arrears, to November 8, 2019.
During a court session, Justice Mugambe told Nyanzi that the ruling is not ready because Makerere University has not availed court with all the necessary documents.
Makerere was supposed to bring Prof David Bakibinga’s investigation committee report on the employment status of Nyanzi, between April 19, 2016 and April 21, 2016.
The report has never seen the light of day three years later.
