PHOTOS: Gospel Singer Travis Greene Arrives in Uganda Ahead of Make A Joyful Noise Concert

American gospel musician Travis Montorius Greene has arrived in Kampala ahead of his Make a Joyful Noise concert slated for Saturday March 9th 2024.

Greene who is also the founding pastor of The Forward City Church based in the United States of America touched down at Entebbe Airport on Thursday afternoon and was welcomed by the concert organisers who were also flanked by a number of his fans.

The 5-time Grammy nominated artiste will be leading gospel music lovers in a fun extravaganza at the Lugogo Cricket Oval in his first ever performance in Uganda.

He will perform alongside the best of Uganda’s gospel singers like Brian Lubega, Kimera, Ntaate, Sandra Suubi and Levixone among others.

Pastor Greene had planned to perform in Uganda earlier in December 2022 but this was impossible after the then concert organisers failed to get air tickets for the artist and his team in time.

The singer’s fans now have the opportunity to enjoy what they missed two years ago and get even more of his two albums (Strike the Ground and Expect Impossible) which he released in 2023.

The Saturday event will take place at the Lugogo Cricket Oval and revelers will part with UGX 60,000 for silver tickets, UGX 100,000 for gold and UGX 250,000 for platinum.
