The Kampala Taxi Operators Association has released a full list of fixed transport fares for different routes coming in and going out of Kampala.
This follows President Yoweri Museveni’s speech on Monday evening where he cleared public transport vehicles to resume operation effective Thursday June 4th.
According to a statement released by the Kampala Taxi Operators Association, the fares apply to the Kampala Metropolitan area and other surrounding areas and can be revised upwards as according to prevailing circumstances.
Below are the new fares.

Kampala – Mukono, Seeta – 6000

Kampala – Kasangati, Gayaza – 4000
