Joseph Bossa who was the Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) Vice President has passed away, the Uganda Judiciary has announced.
“We regret to announce the sudden passing of Mr Joseph Bossa, the husband to the Hon. Lady Justice Solome Balungi Bossa of the International Criminal Court. The funeral arrangements will be communicated in the due course.”
Mr Bbosa died last evening in The Hague, Netherlands. He served as the Vice President of UPC when Olara Otunnu was at the helm of the opposition party.
Bossa is survived by four children.
